On the mostly RAW kick simply because Spring is here and it is time to run wild into the fun. For making this guy you can travel over to the Spice House and pick up the free smells and less expensive spices.
Chai Pudding ingredients:
- Chia Seeds
- Turmeric Powder
- Vanilla Powder (or vanilla extract)
- Maple Syrup
Measure out 1/4 C. of Chia seeds and place into a glass container. (This makes enough for 2 persons)
To this guy add 1t. of Maple Syrup and a dash of each of the spices listed above. You can add a heavier dash if you if you want.
Add 1.5 C. water stir and set aside for 2 hours or overnight.
In the morning add some granola to that guy and some fresh fruit and you got breakfast, or a damn good second snack.
The point. There is none. Go and enjoy Spring.
